Main technical changes:

1. Increase the test voltage for ESD and surge of road lighting equipment as follows:

ESD

Contact discharge : 8kV

Air discharge : 15KV

Surge

line to line : 2KV

line to ground : 4KV

Delete the line to ground surge test for self-ballasted lamps ≤25 W;

3、Modify the level of surge test, except for self-ballasted lamps ≤ 25 W, all other lighting equipment test voltage line to line: 1KV, line to ground: 2KV;

4、Modify the performance judgment of the voltage drop test, and change class C to class B;

5、Describes the two operation modes of ESD when ESD is discharged on EUT accessible surface: normal operation EUT and operation EUT mode.
